Terms & Fees

Terms

We will take every effort to make your pets stay a happy one and look after their health and safety while you are away, but ultimately all pets are boarded entirely at their owners risk. We reserve the right to refuse admission at any time without giving reason.

Dogs must be vaccinated against Distemper, Hepatitis and Leptospirosis.

Cats must be vaccinated against feline influenza, enteritis and leukaemia.

Up-to-date vaccination records must be provided when you drop your pet off with us.

Pets not picked up within fifteen days of the stated departure date will be deemed to have been abandoned. We have the right to rehome, or otherwise dispose, of these pets, and hold the owner liable for all additional costs.

All belongings are left on the premises entirely at the customers’ risk. We do try to return items, but they sometimes get lost in the wash etc.

In the event of illness, your pet will be taken to our nearest Veterinary Centre (Conanvet). In the case of serious injury or accident, and the customer or an emergency contact cannot be reached, the veterinary surgeons decision relating to the treatment of the animal will be final.

Any veterinary expenses will be met to a limit of £1500 by our Pet Insurance Company, providing they are not existing or ongoing conditions prior to boarding.

We reserve the right to refuse admission to any animal which in our opinion is ferocious or otherwise unsuitable for boarding.

Cancellations

Any cancellations made over peak-times (such as School Holidays, Belladrum, etc.) within 14 days of boarding will be charged 50% of the balance.

Out-of-Hours

We DO NOT do out of hours after 6PM.

We reserve the right to refuse an out-of-hours at any time without giving reason.

Bookings

You are welcome to email or phone to create a booking, and once made we will email you a confirmation email which will give some extra information and the total price of the stay.

If you do not receive a confirmation email, first check your “Spam” folder, and if you cannot find it there, please get in touch and we will send you another one.

It is important to double-check your bookings and corresponding confirmation emails to ensure we have a kennel available for your pet.

Over peak times, such as school holidays or festivals, it is recommended you book at least six months in advance to ensure a space will be available for your pet. We do have cancellation lists in place when we become fully booked, but we can never predict kennel availability or guarantee space for your pet.
